Hey Janice,
I think Flocke is just too cute! What an adorable little gal. The only thing wrong is that they don’t stay adorable for long, do they? I hope she doesn’t wind up like Knute. That bear sounds like it turned into a psychopath. It’s nice to try to save animals, but sometimes it just doesn’t work out the way the zoos intended. I’ll have to keep checking in on Flocke to see how she winds up. Right now she’s adorable!
I checked out the owls and must have caught the mother at nap time. For the first couple minutes the only way I knew it was a live video was that the trees were blowing in the breeze. She’s moving a little now but no signs of the kids.
I had a family of wrens take up residence in a hanging rose plant on my front porch a couple years ago. That was pretty funny because the basket was up high and I just reached up with the watering can to water the plant. Then one day I noticed a bird fly away from the basket. I climbed up on the wall of my front porch and, lo and behold, there were 4 baby wrens in a nest! I must say, they were very well watered birds! I’m glad I didn’t drown them. I stopped watering the roses after that because I didn’t want to scare them. Occasionally I climbed up on one of the other walls and took a peek at the birds as they grew. It was fun watching the birds but it wasn’t fun having them ruin a brand new $30.00 hanging rose basket! Oh, the sacrifices we make!
Have a great day.
Margie
Hiya Margie! I love your stories! Keep em coming. Yes, Flocke will be a big big big bear sooner than we know it. I have a feeling we’ll have another baby polar bear to look after she hits her teenage years to fill our need for “cute!”
LOL doesn’t look like Flocke was enjoying her swim. That was to cute, ty
She is adorable Cherie!
Now that is just to cute…
L.O.O.K. AT THE S.I.Z.E. OF HER P.A.W.S!!!
She is a darling….
Yes Dawn — those paws are a reminder she grows into them very very quickly!
