Finally we get to see a pic of a beautiful sunset in Hawaii. The canoe paddling reminds me of those ending credits in Hawaii Five-0. I am sure Margie and everyone who watched it will remember what i am talking about.

Lynn-

I dont know how people can live in extreme heat tempuratures, I guess you just have to learn to get used to it. I know the several times i visited Hawaii the weather was really warm. But i guess its a whole lot better than being in the freezing cold.

Our servicemen in Iraq and Afghanistan are hard workers. God Bless them. I hope they drink a lot of water, so they wont pass out of die from a heat stroke.

I know it is hot there, but take the thermometer out of the sun and you will get a truer reading.
This time of year, your reading in the sun can be a good 10-20 degrees hotter than it really is.

I also want to say my thanks to everyone in the middle east and all of our military that are doing
their best to keep us safe here at home. Unlike our stupid politicians that do absolutely everything
to screw up everything they touch. I’m thinking it’s getting close to time for another Boston Tea Party. This time a Washington Tea Party. How about this time we use the very effective method of
Tar and Feathering?

You’re so right, Lynn. My brother-in-law spent a year in Iraq with the MS Army Guard. My husband was also deployed in the Middle East prior to his retirement from the military. The temps there are miserably hot, and our guys are wearing uniforms and carrying heavy gear. Plus, they don’t have the luxury of air conditioning that we do. They are constantly in my prayers as our our military people everywhere.

Oh my! How do people live in such heat! Looks like it broke the thermometer!
Speaking of heat…everyone remember those who are in Iraq and Afghanistan. They’re dealing with extreme temperatures, too and there aren’t any air conditioned buildings to take shelter in….
