One of the best trips I have ever had was to Alaska, and can't wait to go back and see even more of it. It is absolutely gorgeous and breath taking.

Would love to visit Wasilla...that picture is breathtaking!
and "majestic" is indeed the perfect word for it.

And sorry Gwen for Parisian attitude :( My own people give me a hard time too! but thanks to it, I seem to have gotten inoculated against any big cities attitude now ! :D

David, thanks for sharing this beautiful picture. It looks very majestic. I would love to take pictures in Alaska but it would have to be in the summer when the weather is a little better! Thanks for sharing this one with us.

Hey David,
What a beautiful picture of Alaska!!! My husband has always told me that if we live long enough to retire and are healthy enough, he wants to take me to two places that he's been before: one is Paris, the other is Alaska. He thought Paris was beautiful in spite of not finding the French to be very friendly to a country boy from the USA with a decidely Southern drawl. Alaska, however, he says is the most grand, gorgeous, majestic place he's ever seen in his travels. I do hope that we'll be able to make a trip there one day so I can experience it too.

Again, thanks for sharing.
