CUTE BREAK!

This was taken on the weekend when the USS New York was open to the public!  You can really see Matthew’s two little bottom teeth!

I’ll post a few more tomorrow.

Hey Janice,

That little Matthew is such a cutie! He’s getting to be a big boy with those two little teeth of his! Thanks for sharing this one and I’m looking forward to more pictures tomorrow!

By the way, it looks like we’ve gotten to the end of the major rain for today and we got .85 in. That’s a good amount! It’s getting brighter outside so that’s a pleasant sight.

Hey Janice,
Great picture of you and little Matthew!!! Such a little sweetheart!!! I envy you the trip to visit the USS New York. Wish I was closer by and could have toured it.

In answer to your “what’s for lunch” question…hubby and I went to Red Lobster again today. Their woodfire grill Atlantic salmon is just my favorite right now. So good!!!

In answer to your other question (about the mailing time to Iraq)…it should take my package 7 days. Hope Gary gets it next Wednesday. The mailing time is really quite good considering that it’s going to a very secure military installation in a country on the other side of the world. What I sent him is my special pecan pie cake…more like a coffee cake that tastes alot like pecan pie. I just hope it won’t be too dried out when he gets it. I’ve sent them before (to my hubby and my son when both were deployed on the other side of the world), and each time they tell me it tasted great and wasn’t dried out too badly.

Another gorgeous Fall day in MS today. Yesterday was cloudy, but it never rained. Today it’s back to picture-perfect Fall. High is supposed to be in the low 60s. I love Fall!!! Have I mentioned that before?

Don, I was glad to hear your news from Baltimore. It was much more positive than previous. A good support group of those who’ve walked the same path can certainly lift the spirits. Keep hangin’ in there!!

Hello to everyone else! I was busy w/payroll yesterday so I missed y’all!
Gwen ;)

How cute is he!!! I cant believe hes almost a year old it seams like yesterday. Since he is cutting teeth that could be why he has ear problems. It happened all the time with my girl when she was little ( 32 now) The doctor didn’t want to keep giving her a RX he said he didn’t want her to build up immunity to drugs . so we went to a chiropractor and used warm moist heat on her neck to help. It did and we all see a chiropractor to this day. Hope he gets better soon. praying for you Don.

What a big boy he’s gotten to be! It seems like yesterday that he was a newborn. They sure grow up fast, don’t they? While I’m here, I wanted to thank you for the lovely weather here in Florida. Its a nice 65 or so in the a.m., up to around low 80’s during the day ( a bit warm but I’m not complaining!) We’ll get our share of colder weather eventually but its great now! Love the picture! Sheryl
